Thank you for the reminder. Today it’s raining and a little miserable outside but I am feeling good. I think the advise of looking for the positive in small things has helped me overcome the negative moods I sometimes get into. Just taking a minute before my busy day always makes whatever comes my way so much easier to deal with.
