Here’s How Your Career Clarity Journey Unfolds
With practical tools and insights gained from 15 years coaching people through positive career transformations, I am thrilled to be your guide on your career clarity journey ahead! You will learn about yourself and your fellow explorers through creative explorations, guided journeys, sharing, listening and coaching. Your exciting journey will be facilitated by the following modules.

As you begin this journey you’ll be guided to reconnect with your inner confidence, celebrate your life’s achievements (not only career related), and learn about your unique, innate talents.
Module 2
Boost Your Commitment
While you will be encouraged every step of the way, your success depends on your whole-hearted participation, commitment and follow-through.
You will learn to release blockages that could get in your way and be empowered to follow through with career shifts you deeply desire.
Module 3
Live Your Values
Creatively you will learn to recognize your core values. Throughout our time together you’ll be taking steps to align your life and career with your core values.
Module 4
Access Your Strengths
You will learn what a true strength is and how to access yours. Your fulfilling career will be tailored to your true strengths, which naturally inspire and energize you.
Throughout this journey you’ll be seizing opportunities to apply them daily. This will help you gather more insights about the career that’s truly aligned with WHO YOU ARE.

Release the Fears that are Stopping You
The journey to career clarity triggers your deepest fears. You will learn how to recognize and externalize your fears, releasing the power they have over you.
You will become a compassionate witness and continue moving towards your fulfilling career courageously.
Module 6
Claim Your Purpose & Passion
You will connect deeply with your purpose and passion. This is how you can truly be of service while feeling fulfilled and alive.
Module 7
Envision Your Fulfilling Career
At this point in your journey you’ll connect more deeply with the compelling vision that already lives within you. Together we will identify steps you can take now to realize your vision.
Module 8
Test-Drive Your Favourite Career Themes
Connected with your purpose and vision, you are ready to identify and research career themes that align with your values and strengths.
You will test-drive your emerging career themes through informational interviews and find the career path that’s most aligned with who YOU truly are.
Module 9
Create Your Road-Map for Fulfillment & Success
Now that you are CLEAR on your fulfilling career, you are ready to turn your vision and passion into profitable action.
Whether you want to start your own business, join in a venture partnership or find meaningful, enriching employment, you’ll learn how to follow through and make your vision a reality.
Module 10
Celebrate Your Positive Career Transformation
Together we will celebrate your positive career transformation and explore next steps on your journey.
Here’s What You’ll Receive on Your Career Clarity Journey
During the 10-week program you will receive 20 sessions. In addition, you will receive valuable resources and will be surrounded by a supportive community of people engaged on the same exciting journey.
Career Clarity Circle Sessions
● We meet via zoom video conferencing twice a week. Each session is 90-minutes long and highly interactive. Participate live in as many sessions as possible, to maximize your learning and receive full support on your journey. Additionally, you will receive access to a recording of each session. This will allow you the flexibility to watch/listen when it’s most convenient. You can also review sessions as desired.
● Each live group coaching session one circle member has the opportunity to receive coaching. Everyone else tunes in, supports, holds space and shares in the learning and growth that emerges.
● During each live session, you share and deepen your learning in Mini-Circles (break-out sessions of 2-4 people).
