Some readers were concerned that coaching my clients in the midst of a very challenging time must have been difficult. The opposite is true. I leave every coaching call feeling energized and fulfilled. This is one of the best things about finding and choosing a career that truly resonates with your heart, mind and spirit. Work just doesn’t feel like work anymore. I am deeply grateful for my career and the wonderful clients I have the privilege to coach.

Unfortunately many people feel like a square peg in a round hole at work. I know from personal experience what that is like.
