		<description>I like having Julia&#039;s encouraging Post-it notes around. Seeing them on my desk has been an invaluable reminder to actually take a few minutes of time for me. They have helped me restore and maintain balance in my busy day and put a smile on my face each time.</description>

For example, I went for a difficult uphill run and was so tired after that I stumbled, all sweating, off the treadmill. When I got in my car I remembered seeing the blue sky and sun and thought about how this endorfin high I was having was making the world look so clear and beautiful. I knew my perceptions were altered by the experience of a good workout and thought to myself... &quot;now this is why I love to do this&quot;
A good sign to motivate me to do this every day might read :  &quot;Remember the endorfin rush&quot;</description>
